What You’ll Do:

Warmly greet and check in patients and families Coordinate scheduling and support a smooth front-office experience Verify insurance and assist with billing processes Clearly explain treatment plans and insurance coverage to parents Provide accurate financial estimates and answer questions with care Work closely with the clinical team to ensure efficient daily operations Maintain accurate records and a safe, organized environment Help create a calm, positive experience for young patients What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of dental receptionist or coordination experience Strong communication and customer service skills Leadership ability and confidence in handling patient interactions A caring, patient-first mindset—especially with children Why Join Us?
