Marketing Manager / Front Desk Coordinator – Oral Surgery Practice

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and highly organized Marketing Manager / Front Desk
Coordinator to join our growing Oral Surgery practice. This unique hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in both patient-facing and business development environments.
You will play a key role in building strong relationships with referring offices and general dental practices, while also supporting front office operations to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
This position works closely with the General Manager to drive growth, increase referrals, and maintain an efficient, patient-centered practice.
This is a full-time position with a required in-office presence of at least two days per week, in addition to time spent conducting external marketing and outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Referral Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring offices and general dental clinics in the area
- Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives, referral programs, and promotional campaigns
- Plan and host events, office visits, and networking opportunities
- Maintain and update marketing databases and referral tracking systems
- Identify opportunities for growth and increase case volume
Front Desk & Patient Coordination
- Greet and check in patients
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Assist with treatment coordination and surgery scheduling
- Collect and post payments
- Support daily front office operations
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the General Manager and clinical team
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners
- Contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Dental, oral surgery, or medical experience preferred
- Marketing or relationship management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service–driven mindset
