Dental Front Office
Job Description
We are not looking for someone to “answer phones.” We’re looking for someone who can own the patient experience from first call to follow-through.
Our growing dental practice in Sugar Land is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator who is confident, organized, and thrives in a structured, team-driven environment. This role is essential to the success of the practice -- you are the bridge between our patients and the care they need.
You’ll be responsible for: ● Scheduling patients with intention (not just filling holes) ● Clearly communicating treatment and next steps ● Supporting patients in moving forward with recommended care ● Managing follow-up on unscheduled hygiene re-care and treatment ● Creating a calm, professional, and welcoming front office experience
What we are looking for: ● Strong communication skills (clear, confident, kind) ● Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment ● Comfortable discussing treatment and financials with patients ● Team player who values accountability and growth ● Dental experience required
This role is NOT for someone who: ● Just wants to “check in and check out” patients ● Avoids difficult conversations ● Struggles with follow-through or accountability
What you can expect from us: ● A structured, supportive environment ● Clear systems and training ● A team that works together - not in silos ● Leadership that values growth, communication and consistency
Location: Sugar Land, Texas Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Compensation: Hourly based on experience
To apply, please follow the steps in Dental Post and send us a message with a short paragraph telling us: “Why you feel you would be a strong fit for this role.”
