You’re efficient, proactive, and treat every patient as if they’re the only one on the schedule.
Key Responsibilities: • Perform chairside assisting during a full range of dental procedures • Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photographs • Complete iTero scanning with confidence and accuracy • Place rubber dams efficiently and effectively for restorative procedures • Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols • Prepare operatories before and after each patient with impeccable attention to detail • Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies • Cultivate warm, lasting relationships with patients through exceptional communication and care • Collaborate closely with the doctor and other team members to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow
Required Qualifications: • iTero scanning experience (non-negotiable) • Proven ability to place rubber dams independently and correctly • Texas RDA license in good standing • CPR certification • At least 2 years of experience in a dental office (preferred) • Familiarity with digital charting (Open Dental) • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Polished, professional demeanor and strong organizational habits
