Hygiene Assistant (RDA) Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour Location: Grapevine, TX Position Type: Full-Time About the Position Our Grapevine dental practice is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Hygiene Assistant to support our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Dental Assistant looking to build a solid foundation in a technology-driven, patient-centered environment. We emphasize clinical excellence, efficient patient flow, and a collaborative team culture. Primary Responsibilities Clinical Support: Assist hygienists with periodontal charting, taking high-quality digital X-rays, and intraoral photos. Patient Management: Prepare patients for treatment, review medical histories, and ensure a professional experience from arrival to checkout. Turnover & Sterilization: Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and infection control protocols by breaking down/setting up operatories and sterilizing instruments. Departmental Efficiency: Manage hygiene supply inventory and assist in maintaining a productive daily schedule. Required Qualifications Current Texas RDA License (Required) Current CPR Certification Entry-Level Candidates: While experience is valued, we are happy to provide comprehensive training for a candidate with a strong work ethic and a professional demeanor. Skills: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting and communicate effectively with patients and staff. Work Schedule We offer a structured 4-day work week designed for professional stability and personal time: Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Every other Monday off) Tuesday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Every other Friday off) Practice Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on skills and reliability.
