Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, certified chairside dental assistant for our small, yet growing practice. We are a family-oriented, patient-centered, quality care private practice with a fun, supportive team. We work smart, have strong core values that align with our mission, and enjoy our patients.
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience in a general dental practice setting, has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, a happy and positive disposition, and enjoys being an integral part of a team.
Please have experience, knowledge, and understanding of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology.
Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assisting in procedures such as composites, endodontics, crown and bridge, and extractions. Keeping operatories organized, clean, and well-stocked. Managing and keeping clinical supplies. Lab items such as taking impressions, pouring, and trimming models. Charting and treatment planning. Sterilization. OSHA
We utilize Open Dental with Flex Communication, along with many other forms of high technology, to assist us. While we expect a minimum of 2 years of experience, please be open to learning and growing with us.
