Compensation and Benefits

-Competitive hourly base pay -30% of net production when production exceeds base pay

Hygienists who focus on thorough assessments, periodontal diagnosis, preventive services, and patient education are positioned to maximize earnings naturally through quality care delivery. If production does not exceed base pay, your guaranteed hourly rate remains protected.

Supported Hygiene Workflow

-Dedicated hygiene assistant assigned to support workflow -Delegation support for x-rays, room turnover, polishing, fluoride, and instrument processing -Standard one-hour appointments for most procedures -Additional time scheduled for periodontal procedures as needed -Strong clinical leadership and team collaboration

This team-based model allows hygienists to focus on patient assessment, scaling, diagnosis, and education while maintaining efficiency and high standards of care.

What You’ll Bring

• Active Dental Hygienist license
• Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program -CPR/BLS Certification -Strong communication and patient relationship skills
