Our mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care in a warm, refined environment, with a focus on long-term dental health and beautifully natural results.

We’re seeking a PRN Dental Hygienist to partner with our team on an as-needed basis—covering vacations, schedule fluctuations, and growth opportunities. Our goal is to build a direct, long-term relationship with a hygienist, rather than relying on staffing agencies. Thus, creating better continuity for our patients and a more consistent, comfortable experience for you.

We specialize in comprehensive care, esthetic dentistry, and full-mouth restorative treatments—from preventive care to complex smile design. We’re also proud to serve as Team Dentists for the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC, reflecting the level of trust and excellence we strive for every day.

You’re the kind of hygienist who: ~Takes pride in delivering meticulous, personalized periodontal care ~Values clinical excellence and attention to detail ~ Brings a positive, professional energy to the practice ~Enjoys being part of a team and can integrate seamlessly when stepping in ~Is adaptable and confident in maintaining continuity of care for established patients

What You Bring: ~Certification in Digital Radiology ~Strong skills in periodontal maintenance and patient education ~Experience with Dentrix dental software (or willingness to learn) ~Current CPR certification ~A warm, polished chairside manner with a focus on patient experience

Schedule & Flexibility: ~PRN / as-needed coverage (vacations, sick days, and periodic support) ~Typical office hours: Monday–Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM Thursday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM ~Advance notice provided whenever possible, with occasional short-notice opportunities
