Now hiring an experienced Registered Dental Assistant in Northwest San Antonio and we're offering a $500 sign-on bonus to the right candidate.

What You'll Do

Provide confident, skilled chairside assistance across restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures Fabricate anterior and posterior temporary crowns and veneers Take alginate impressions; pour and trim models Operate the intra-oral camera and capture diagnostic images Apply pit & fissure sealants and perform coronal polishing Pack and remove retraction cord Assist with surgical placement of implants Take manual blood pressure readings Set up restorative trays and manage operatory turnover efficiently Sterilize instruments and maintain autoclave/Statim equipment Record and update medical records, charting, and patient notes Assist hygiene and other clinical staff as needed

Who You Are

Active RDA certification (required) Experienced dental assistant with strong clinical knowledge Calm, compassionate, and confident with patients of all ages Excellent chairside instincts, you anticipate what's needed before it's asked Highly organized with sharp time-management skills Reliable, proactive, and a true team player Committed to patient confidentiality and ethical standards Approaches challenges with a positive, solution-oriented attitude Spanish or Arabic speaking is a plus (our patient community is diverse)
