Dental Assistant

Airway Dental & More is a patient-centered dental practice focused on airway health, comprehensive care, and long-term wellness. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to ensure efficient patient flow
• Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
• Take digital X-rays and impressions (as permitted by certification)
• Support airway-focused and comprehensive treatment procedures
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients before, during, and after treatment
• Provide pre- and post-operative instructions and reinforce patient education
• Accurately document patient information and treatment notes
• Work closely with the doctor and team to maintain a calm, organized clinical environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Dental Assistant Certification (Required)
• At least 2 years of dental assisting experience required
• Strong communication skills and a professional, caring demeanor
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Commitment to high standards of care and continuous improvement
