Office Manager Dental Front Office

Premiere, well-established pediatric dental and orthodontics practice, seeking an experienced, motivated, and growth-minded leader to guide our team to increased productivity and practice success. With annual collections over $2M, this is not a traditional front office role. We are looking for a strong leader who can oversee operations, improve systems, hold team members accountable, and optimize patient flow to boost practice performance.

Responsibilities:

-Manage operations of a busy practice with two pediatric dentists and an orthodontist. -Lead and support front office and clinical teams -Optimize scheduling and maintain productive doctor and hygiene schedules -Improve recall, reactivation, and patient retention systems -Monitor KPIs including production, collections, case acceptance, and new patients -Implement marketing initiatives, including social media presence -Prioritize excellent patient experiences and a healthy office culture -Collaborate closely with doctors on growth strategies and operational improvements

Qualifications:

-Minimum 3 years dental office management experience -Pediatric and orthodontic experience preferred -Strong leadership and communication skills -Proven ability to improve office systems and team performance -Ability to problem solve, multitask, and lead with accountability -Experience with Open Dental is a plus
