Nuvia Dental Implant Center is hiring a full-time Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator in Salt Lake City, UT 84121. This role is built for dental professionals who are ready for a new path outside of chairside, hygiene, or front office work, while still using the patient experience and dental knowledge they’ve already built.

If you’ve helped patients understand treatment, cost, scheduling, or care options, you already have a foundation for this role. You’ll meet with warm patient leads, guide them through full arch dental implant treatment, discuss financing, and help them move forward with care that can dramatically improve their quality of life.

Top performers earn $100,000–$250,000 per year.

About the Role This is a patient-facing sales and consultation role. You won’t be working chairside, managing hygiene columns, or running the front desk. You’ll meet with patients who have already expressed interest in full arch dental implants, build trust, explain the process, discuss financing, collect payment, and help coordinate next steps with the clinical and administrative teams.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 4–7 warm patient leads each day
• Guide patients through the full arch dental implant process
• Help patients understand treatment options and financing
• Coordinate with doctors on diagnosis and treatment recommendations
• Manage patient follow-up through the CRM
• Collect payment and support financing applications
• Hand off confirmed patients to the administrative team for scheduling

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a dental practice, such as dental assisting, front office, treatment coordination, hygiene, or patient care
• Strong communication skills and comfort discussing treatment and cost
• Interest in transitioning into a sales or patient consultation role
• Empathy, confidence, and follow-through
• CRM or sales experience preferred, but not required

Compensation $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. Top performers earn $100,000–$250,000 per year. Full benefits package included.

Location This is an in-person role based in Salt Lake City, UT 84121, with access to nearby communities across the Salt Lake Valley. This location may be a strong fit for dental professionals commuting from Cottonwood Heights, Holladay, Sandy, Midvale, Murray, or South Salt Lake who are ready to use their dental background in a patient-facing sales and consultation role.
