Job Title: Dental Assistant (Full-Time/Part-Time)

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Comprehensive Clinical Support: Provide high-quality chairside assistance, including restorative procedures and preparing instrument trays.
- Advanced Digital Workflow: Master intraoral scanners(coming soon), digital X-rays, and proficient with Eaglesoft system.
- Patient Advocacy: Greet and seat patients, calming anxiety and explaining aftercare instructions clearly.
- Reliable Operations: Lead infection control protocols, maintain sterilized environments according to OSHA standards, and manage supply inventory.
- Have an Open Mind: Learning about postural-related occlusal bite splint, and TMD treatment.
Who You Are (Qualifications):
- Reliable & Proactive: You take pride in your punctuality and your ability to anticipate the dentist's needs during complex procedures.
- Eager to Learn: You view dental assisting as a gateway career and are excited about continuing education (CE) and potential advancement to Expanded Functions (EFDA).
- Detail-Oriented: You maintain precise digital health records and strictly follow safety and HIPAA protocols.
- Certified: Current state-required certification/licensure (e.g., DANB) is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic.
