At All Smiles Dental, our growing dental office is seeking a full-time Licensed Dental Assistant, (with experience preferred).
This position is Full Time: 32+ hours
We are seeking a Full Time licensed dental assistant:

RESPONSIBILITIES and EXPECTATIONS:
- Maintains confidentiality when dealing with all customers, including employees.
- Must utilize effective problem solving skills as appropriate.
- Conveys enthusiasm and sincerity and promotes All Smiles Dental, the mission , values, and goals of the organization.
- Must be flexible to change and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Performs duties in a manner consistent with safety principles and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards associated with the organization.
- Coordinates work flow with other employees to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Efficiently prepares operatories by sanitizing and maintaining a sterile environment that is stocked appropriately for procedures including supplies, instruments, and materials.

Prepare patients verbally and physically for procedures in a manner that is appropriate to the level of the patient's understanding and unique physical challenges.

Request and record information from patient and as provided by dentist that is relevant to the care plan, and actual treatment, meeting documentation standards required by All Smiles Dental's established protocols.

Efficiently and accurately perform patient care procedures as allowed by licensure including 4-handed dentistry, and X-ray.

Maintains highly productive work environment by assisting others, performing sterile lab functions, general sanitation and organizational tasks.
