Dental Care 4 Kids is seeking an energetic, motivated, and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing pediatric dental and orthodontic team.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during pediatric dental and orthodontic procedures
• Perform sealants in accordance with New Jersey regulations
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms
• Take radiographs and assist with patient records
• Provide exceptional patient care and education
• Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols
• Help create a positive experience for children and families

Qualifications

• Current and active New Jersey Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in pediatric dentistry and/or orthodontics is preferred but not required

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM (alternating)

When a Saturday is worked, a day off during the week will be provided.
