You will be joining a true multi-specialty team. With an in-house Prosthodontist, Periodontist, and Oral Surgeon all under one roof, you will have the rare opportunity to collaborate on complex interdisciplinary cases (All-on-X, implant-ortho spacing, etc.).

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat orthodontic irregularities for a diverse patient base (children, teens, and adults).
- Maintain impeccable chart notes using Open Dental
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans using clear aligners such as Invisalign (w/ Virtual Care), Angel Aligners, Lightforce and Traditional Brackets.
- Collaborate with our Prosthodontist and Oral Surgeon on complex restorative cases requiring pre-prosthetic tooth movement.
- Oversee and mentor a high-performing team consisting of a Lead & Orthodontic Assistants.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate treatment progress effectively to patients and parents.
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Certificate in Orthodontics from an accredited residency program.
- Valid Washington State Dental License (or eligible to obtain).
- Passion for interdisciplinary dentistry and working in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills—ability to explain treatment plans clearly to patients.
Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
