We’re hiring someone who’s great with people, organized, and understands how to create a strong first impression - whether you come from dental, hospitality, retail, or marketing.<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>New Patient Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Answer phones with warmth, confidence, and professionalism</li><li>Guide new patients through scheduling with clarity and ease</li><li>Ask thoughtful questions to understand patient needs and goals</li><li>Ensure every new patient feels expected, welcomed, and valued</li><li>Coordinate and confirm new patient visits with attention to detail</li><li>Maintain a smooth, organized new patient flow from first call to first visit</li></ul><p><strong>Administrative Support</strong></p><ul><li>Support front desk operations as needed</li><li>Ensure accuracy in patient information and scheduling</li><li>Communicate clearly with the clinical team for seamless handoffs</li><li>Uphold a polished, organized, and welcoming front office environment</li></ul><p><strong>Who you are</strong></p><ul><li>Warm, confident, and naturally personable</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Dental experience (Assistant, Hygienist or Administrative) is a plus but not required</li><li>A strong communicator (phone, in person, and written)</li><li>Proactive—you don’t wait to be told what to do</li><li>Professional, polished, and positive</li><li>Team player</li></ul><p><strong>Position Details</strong></p><ul><li>Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7am-4pm; Tuesday 8am-2pm; Friday 7am-1pm</li><li>Competitive pay and benefits</li></ul><p></p>
