Smile Blue Ridge is a close-knit, fee-for-service dental practice in the North Georgia mountains, and we're hiring an experienced Practice Manager to run the day-to-day. The dentist's focus is on patient care. You will own how the practice runs, with real autonomy and a team that feels like family.

What You'll Do *Build and protect a productive daily schedule and optimize chair time *Recruit, train, and lead a team of 10 to 12 clinical and admin staff *Oversee billing, insurance claims, collections, and practice reporting *Drive an excellent patient experience, hygiene recare, and new patient growth *Keep the practice compliant with OSHA, HIPAA, and Georgia dental board standards

What We're Looking For *2+ years managing a dental practice or comparable healthcare office *Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and the revenue cycle *Proficiency with practice management software *Proven leadership and the ability to hold a team accountable *Excellent communication and a patient-first mindset *Preferred: fee-for-service experience and familiarity with KPIs and dashboards
