THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a part-time hygienist for approximately two days per week.

We're open to discussing the right schedule for the right person.

THE PREMIER SCHEDULE

We intentionally structure our annual calendar around work-life balance and long-term sustainability.

• Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Wednesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM • Every Friday Off (occasional CE day) • Approximately 172 scheduled workdays per year • Multiple extended weekends and planned office closures throughout the year • 12 PTO days annually

COMPENSATION

• $50-$55 per hour depending on experience and qualifications • Daily production bonus opportunity • 10% of daily production above goal
