<p><strong>Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) </strong></p><p>Location: Atlanta Metro - Brookhaven<br />Compensation: $50 -$55<br />Patient Mix: PPO / FFS  <br />Practice Model: Traditional Hygiene - single column 60 min<br />Schedule: <strong>Monday, Tuesday & Thursday:</strong> 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM + <strong>Wednesday:</strong> 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM<br />Benefits Eligibility: Employees regularly scheduled to work 30+ hours per week may be eligible for benefits. </p><p> </p><p>About the Role </p><p>Join the dynamic team at United Dental Corporation as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the vibrant Atlanta Metro area!</p><p>We’re searching for a dedicated hygienist who thrives on patient education, champions preventive care, and is committed to providing an outstanding patient experience.</p><p>Your specific practice location will be thoughtfully determined during the interview, taking into account your unique experience, scheduling preferences, and our business needs.</p><p>Excitingly, candidates may have the opportunity to explore multiple practices throughout the region! </p><p>What You'll Do </p><ul><li>Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance </li></ul><ul><li>Conduct periodontal charting and assessments </li></ul><ul><li>Take diagnostic radiographs </li></ul><ul><li>Deliver patient education and oral hygiene instruction </li></ul><ul><li>Identify and communicate treatment needs to patients and providers </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain accurate clinical documentation </li></ul><ul><li>Support comprehensive patient care through collaboration with dentists and team members </li></ul><ul><li>Promote preventive dentistry and long-term oral health </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Active Dental Hygiene License in Georgia</li></ul><ul><li>Local Anesthesia Certification (if applicable by state) </li></ul><ul><li>Laser Certification </li></ul><ul><li>Current CPR/BLS Certification </li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication and patient education skills </li></ul><ul><li>Commitment to quality patient care </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment </li></ul><p><strong>Preferred </strong></p><ul><li>Experience with assisted hygiene models </li></ul><ul><li>Experience in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with periodontal therapy </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with patient education and treatment acceptance </li></ul><ul><li>Bilingual skills (if applicable to market) </li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Employees regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week may be eligible for: </p><ul><li>Medical Insurance </li></ul><ul><li>Dental Insurance </li></ul><ul><li>Vision Insurance </li></ul><ul><li>401(k) with 4% Employer Match </li></ul><ul><li>Paid Holidays </li></ul><ul><li>Paid Time Off (PTO) </li></ul><ul><li>Continuing Education Support </li></ul><p>Insurance benefits begin the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
