Dental Front Office

Join our growing dental practice. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, reliable, full time Treatment Coordinator who is dependable and a team player. We prefer that the ideal candidate will have at least two years experience working in a dental office. Must be knowledgeable with insurance, treatment plans, scheduling, billing and collections. Candidate must have excellent communication, organizational, and patient service skills, as well as a thorough understanding of oral health and hygiene.

Job description:

1. Greet and sign in patients, answer questions about procedures, and help patients learn about oral health and hygiene
2. Make, confirm, reschedule, and reactivate appointments to maximize production
3. Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits, and help patients understand their coverage and billing
4. Handle basic accounting tasks, such as payments and statements, and update medical records as well as end of day reports and other clerical duties.
5. Treatment planning in order to break large treatment plans into distinct stages. Offer financing options or payment plans for extensive procedures to reduce financial objections Responsible for performing all functions of the front office as they relate to developing, coordinating and maintaining a productive schedule

Starting pay can be negotiated based on experience. Being familiar with Windent software is a plus, but not required.
