About the Role This is an in-person Dental Hygienist role based in Spartanburg, SC. You’ll provide preventive and therapeutic hygiene care while partnering with the dentist and clinical team to support patient health and treatment needs.

The team is looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, communicates clearly, and wants to be part of a supportive practice environment.

What You’ll Do ⁃ Provide preventive and therapeutic hygiene care ⁃ Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations ⁃ Partner with dentists and support staff to provide quality patient care ⁃ Maintain accurate clinical documentation ⁃ Help create a positive patient experience ⁃ Support smooth clinical flow throughout the day

What You’ll Bring ⁃ Active Dental Hygienist license or eligibility in South Carolina ⁃ Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program ⁃ CPR/BLS certification ⁃ Strong communication and patient care skills ⁃ Team-focused approach ⁃ Ability to manage time efficiently in a clinical setting

Compensation $44–$55/hour based on experience, plus a production bonus model and $5,000 sign-on bonus.
