About the Role This is an in-person Dental Hygienist role based at Gentle Touch Smiles Pediatric Dentistry in Wilmington, DE. You’ll provide preventive care and patient education while helping children and families feel comfortable, informed, and supported during their visits.

The team is looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys working with children, and brings a calm, patient-focused approach to care.

What You’ll Do ⁃ Provide preventive hygiene care for pediatric patients ⁃ Educate children and families on oral health and home care ⁃ Support a positive, calm, and welcoming patient experience ⁃ Partner with the doctor and clinical team to support treatment needs ⁃ Maintain accurate clinical documentation ⁃ Build trust with patients and families

What You’ll Bring ⁃ Active Dental Hygienist license or eligibility in Delaware ⁃ CPR/BLS certification ⁃ Comfort working with children and families ⁃ Strong communication skills ⁃ Patient-focused, team-oriented approach ⁃ Interest in building long-term patient relationships

Compensation $45–$55/hour based on experience, plus a production bonus model and $2,500 sign-on bonus.
