Dental Assistant Wanted – Boca Isles Dental!

Boca Isles Dental is looking for a reliable, motivated, and friendly Dental Assistant to join our growing dental office in Boca Raton.

We are seeking someone who is professional, organized, and enjoys working with patients in a fast-paced clinical environment. Experience with dental assisting is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting the dentist during procedures Preparing and turning over treatment rooms Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control standards Taking X-rays, scans, and impressions as needed Helping patients feel comfortable before, during, and after treatment Maintaining supplies and supporting the clinical team Following office protocols and helping the day run smoothly

Ideal candidate:

Dental assisting experience preferred X-ray certification preferred Friendly and professional with patients Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Able to multitask and work well with a team Interested in learning surgical, implant, and advanced dental procedures
