$18-$23/hour based on experience

Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Creative Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is a growing, modern pediatric dental practice seeking a positive, dependable Registered Dental Assistant to join our team.

Whether you're an experienced Pediatric Dental Assistant or a motivated new graduate looking to grow in pediatrics, we'd love to meet you.

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License

• Pediatric experience preferred but not required

• Digital radiography experience

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

• Assist with pediatric dental procedures

• Take digital radiographs

• Coronal polishing and sealants

• Sterilization and infection control

• Operatory setup and breakdown

• Support patient flow and clinical efficiency
