Dental Assistant / Case Manager (Digital Dentistry Focus)

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly motivated Dental Assistant / Case Manager who is passionate about helping patients, building relationships, and guiding them through their treatment journey. This is a hybrid role that combines clinical assisting, patient case management, treatment coordination, and digital dentistry.

What You’ll Do: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey. Build trust and strong relationships with patients from consultation to completion of care. Educate patients on treatment options and help them understand the value of their care. Assist with treatment presentations and financial discussions. Coordinate complex restorative, cosmetic, and implant cases. Follow up with patients to ensure an exceptional experience and high case acceptance. Assist chairside when needed. Learn and assist with CAD/CAM technology, digital scanning, and smile design workflows. Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to ensure seamless patient care. Help maintain an organized, efficient, and positive office environment. Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of dental assisting experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proven ability to build rapport and create an outstanding patient experience. Sales, treatment coordination, or case acceptance experience is a major plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Interest in learning advanced digital dentistry, CAD/CAM, and smile design. Experience with implants, cosmetic dentistry, or full-mouth rehabilitation is a plus.
