Our office has been serving patients of DeSoto, Midlothian, Cedar Hill, Waxahachie, and surrounding areas for over 25 years.

Responsibilities: Assist the doctor during a wide range of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and materials are properly sterilized and organized Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes in Dentrix Manage clinical supplies and inventory Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols Help coordinate patient flow and maintain an efficient schedule Train, mentor, and support other dental assistants Provide excellent patient education and communication Work collaboratively with doctors, hygienists, and front office team members
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience preferred Lead dental assistant experience preferred Proficient with Dentrix software Current RDA certification (Texas) Current CPR certification Strong organizational and communication skills Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
