$23-$28/hour dependent on experience and certifications

Job Overview: Our dental practice is seeking a skilled, reliable, and patient-focused registered dental assistant to join our team. We are a small-town, family oriented, professional office located in the heart of the Ocean Grove community. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent clinical care and ensuring a smooth, comfortable experience for our patients.

Responsibilities: -Fabricate temporary crowns and bridges -Take accurate impression for diagnostics and prosthodontics -Assist the dentists during a variety of chairside clinical and surgical procedures -Prepare and sterilize dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms according to OSHA guidelines -Educate patients on postoperative instructions and oral healthcare techniques -Capture diagnostic dental radiographs as directed by the dentist

Qualifications and Skills: -Active RDA license/certification required by the state -Proven proficiency in fabricating temporary restorations and taking quality impressions -Current X-Ray certification -CPR/BLS certification -Strong communication skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with the team -Excellent manual dexterity and attention to clinical detail -Experience with dental practice software (SoftDent) is a plus

Hours: Daytime hours, Tues evening, and one Saturday a month is required.
