Front Desk Coordinator – Orthodontic Practice Position Summary
The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing patient scheduling, insurance verification, financial arrangements, and daily front office operations.
Key Responsibilities Greet and check patients in and out. Answer phones, texts, and emails. Schedule and confirm appointments. Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations. Collect payments and review financial arrangements. Support new patient consultations and treatment acceptance. Maintain accurate patient records and HIPAA compliance. Communicate with referring dental offices. Assist with virtual appointment and aligner patient coordination. Qualifications High school diploma required.
