Treatment Plan Coordinator

Position Purpose

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in guiding patients through their treatment plans and financial responsibilities, allowing our surgeons to remain focused on clinical care.

As a key member of the practice, you will serve as a trusted resource for patients—ensuring they clearly understand their treatment, feel confident in their decisions, and have a seamless experience from consultation through scheduling. This position offers a strong balance of patient interaction and administrative responsibility, with opportunities for continued learning and professional growth.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties

Treatment Plan Presentations: Clearly and confidently present treatment plans, explaining procedures, timelines, and associated fees. Financial Coordination: Assist patients with financing options and payment arrangements, ensuring clarity, affordability, and compliance. Patient Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule patients for treatment and follow-up appointments, supporting optimal case acceptance and continuity of care. Insurance Management: Verify insurance benefits, submit claims, post payments, and assist with collections as needed. Account Oversight: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient accounts, ensuring financial information is complete and correct. Front Office Support: Contribute to front office operations, helping maintain an efficient, organized, and patient-friendly environment. Team Collaboration: Partner with surgeons, clinical staff, and administrative team members to ensure a seamless and high-quality patient experience. Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous dental or medical administrative experience required Experience with dental or medical billing/Insurance required Familiarity with practice management systems Strong ability to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a patient-first mindset Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude with the ability to influence patients, team members, and referring offices Willingness to adapt and take on additional responsibilities as needed About US Oral Surgery Management (USOSM)
