We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to help lead our team, oversee daily operations, and support the continued growth of our practice.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily front office operations and office flow
- Support and lead team members in a positive, collaborative environment
- Coordinate patient scheduling, communication, and follow-up
- Assist with insurance verification, financial arrangements, and office systems
- Maintain an exceptional patient experience from check-in through treatment completion
- Solve problems professionally and efficiently
- Support practice growth initiatives and community involvement
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Dental office experience preferred
- Experience with dental software and insurance processes is a plus
