We are a fast-paced, high-volume dental practice specializing in dental implants, full-mouth rehabilitation, All-on-X procedures, and general dentistry. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about patient care, confident discussing treatment and finances, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Position Overview
The Treatment Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey. This individual will work closely with our doctors to present treatment plans, educate patients on their options, discuss financial arrangements, and help patients move forward with the care they need.
The ideal candidate will have previous treatment coordinator experience, a strong understanding of implant dentistry, and the ability to confidently discuss complex treatment plans and financial options with patients.
This role would be Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's. Some weeks may be Thursday instead of Friday depending on the doctors schedule.
Responsibilities
-Present and explain treatment plans to patients in a clear, compassionate, and professional manner. -Coordinate treatment for: -Single Implant Crowns -Implant Bridges -Implant-Supported Overdentures -All-on-4 / All-on-X Full-Arch Restorations
- Complex Full Mouth Restorations -Review clinical recommendations and help patients understand the benefits and expectations of treatment. -Discuss fees, insurance benefits, and out-of-pocket costs. -Present and explain financing options to help patients move forward with treatment. -Build trust and rapport with patients while addressing questions and concerns. -Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment and unscheduled treatment plans. -Coordinate scheduling with clinical teams to ensure smooth treatment progression. -Maintain accurate documentation and patient communication records. -Work closely with doctors and team members to achieve practice production goals while providing an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications -Previous Dental Treatment Coordinator experience required. -Strong knowledge of dental implant procedures and restorative treatment planning preferred. -Experience presenting large treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements. -Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financing options. -Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume environment. -Proficiency with Eaglesoft is not a must but is a plus. -Professional appearance and positive attitude. -Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
