Job Details:

Position: Treatment Plan Coordinator Location: Bella Family Dental, Doral Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday - Friday (8-hour shifts) One Saturday a month Pay: Competitive hourly rate + performance-based incentives *What You’ll Be Doing:

Presenting and discussing high-value treatment plans (up to $40K+) with confidence, clarity, and empathy Creating and presenting detailed treatment plans to patients that outline all necessary procedures Breaking down insurance benefits and clearly explaining coverage and out-of-pocket costs Helping patients navigate financing options and offering payment plans that fit their needs Ensuring all treatment details are accurately documented and clearly communicated Collaborating with the dental team to coordinate appointments and streamline treatment processes Working toward office production goals, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded Providing an exceptional patient experience, every time!

• What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience as a Treatment Plan Coordinator or in a similar dental role Comfortable presenting high-value treatment plans (up to $40K+) and managing patient concerns Expertise in understanding and explaining insurance benefits, including coverage details and limitations Strong ability to create comprehensive treatment plans and provide clear breakdowns to patients Finance-savvy, with experience offering patients financing solutions and payment options Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting office production goals Bilingual (English/Spanish)? That’s a BIG plus! Proficient with Eaglesoft, dental insurance, and billing processes Highly organized, with an attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
