We believe our patients and team members are more than just numbers. Tedders Family & Implant Dentistry is seeking an experienced Lead Dental Hygienist who wants to help build something special. We're looking for a self-starter who will help reinforce clinical protocols, elevate the patient experience, and contribute to the continued growth of our hygiene department. Who We're Looking For

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) 2+ years of clinical hygiene experience preferred but will consider all candidates Passion for patient education and relationship-building Leadership mindset Self-motivated and growth-oriented Strong communication skills Dentrix experience is a plus
