Our growing private practice is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. We are committed to creating a positive patient experience while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our team members.
Responsibilities:
- Provide preventive and periodontal care
- Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations
- Utilize modern technology to enhance patient care
- Partner closely with the doctor to identify patient needs and support treatment recommendations
- Follow established clinical systems and protocols
- Create a comfortable, welcoming experience for every patient
*Qualifications: *
- Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Open dental experience is a plus
- New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Compensation & Excellent Benefits:
- *$50/hour (*Compensation is negotiable based on experience, skills, and qualifications) + Daily Bonus opportunities
After 90 Days:
- 1 Week PTO
- Paid Holidays
- 401(k) with Profit Sharing
- Health Stipend
- Medical Benefit of up to $1,500 per month per household (includes spouse and children)
Schedule
- 4 days a week- 7:45- 5:00 pm with 1 hr lunch
- 1-2 days possible in Ruckersville/Madison Location and 1-2 days
- possible in Culpeper location
- 32–40 Hours Per Week
