We're looking for a professional, compassionate dental assistant who enjoys building lasting relationships with patients. Our practice serves many long-time patients and a large senior population, so kindness, patience, and excellent communication are essential. We value professionalism in every interaction and strive to create a respectful, positive experience for every patient.
EFDA certification is preferred, but we're happy to sponsor EFDA training and testing for the right candidate after they've become an established member of our team.

Compensation & Benefits
$24.00–$28.00/hour, based on experience.
Our benefits include:
- Four-day work week (Tuesday–Friday)
- Paid vacation separate from state-mandated sick time*

*Additional Scheduling Flexibility
We recognize the importance of career longevity, physical wellness, and preventing burnout in the dental field.
While we do not have a formal policy for extended _unpaid l_eave, we are often able to accommodate pre-scheduled unpaid time off throughout the year with advance planning and scheduling coordination. This flexibility may allow for additional time away from work beyond traditional paid time off benefits.
***Holiday Office Hours and Closures *
We typically close the office for one week around the Christmas holiday. We also typically work only a ½ day the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and we are closed the Friday after Thanksgiving (this means we close the office Thursday - Monday at Thanksgiving)
