Dental Assistant

Supreme Smiles, a growing private dental practice in Flower Mound, TX, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of dental assisting experience who is confident working independently and can manage both clinical and administrative responsibilities as needed.

Position Details Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Flower Mound, TX Potential for additional days/hours as the practice continues to grow! Responsibilities

Clinical Duties:

Chairside assisting for general dental procedures Taking digital radiographs Preparing and breaking down treatment rooms Instrument sterilization and infection control Assisting with restorative, emergency, surgical, and hygiene procedures Taking impressions Temporary crown fabrication Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies Ensuring smooth daily clinical operations

Administrative/Front Desk Duties (as needed):

Answering phones and scheduling appointments Verifying insurance benefits Presenting treatment plans Collecting patient payments Managing patient records and recall systems Providing exceptional customer service Qualifications Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience Current CPR certification Experience with dental software (Oryx experience preferred but not required) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Team player who enjoys helping build a growing practice
