MB2 Dental is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Orthodontist to join four established general dentistry practices throughout the Greater Little Rock, Arkansas area. This is an excellent opportunity for an orthodontist who is looking to build a thriving orthodontic program within well-established, high-volume dental offices while enjoying the support, resources, and autonomy that MB2 Dental provides.

Position Highlights Full-time opportunity serving four established dental practices Consistent patient flow with strong internal referral networks Dedicated orthodontic treatment coordinator support Modern technology and clinical resources Opportunity to grow and lead orthodontic services across multiple locations Collaborative environment with experienced general dentists and support teams Flexible scheduling designed to maximize productivity and work-life balance Responsibilities Diagnose and develop comprehensive orthodontic treatment plans for children, teens, and adults Provide a full range of orthodontic services, including traditional braces and clear aligner therapy Support growth initiatives and community engagement efforts across the practices Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited Orthodontic Residency Program Board Eligible or Board Certified Orthodontist preferred Active Arkansas dental license or ability to obtain licensure Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Compensation & Benefits

We offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward clinical excellence and long-term success, including:
