Endodontic Dental Assistant

Woodlands Endodontics is a specialty practice in The Woodlands, TX, seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience assisting with endodontic procedures and be comfortable in a specialty care setting. We use Open Dental practice management software, so prior experience is a plus.

We’re looking for someone who is:

A self-starter who can anticipate needs and work independently when needed A team player who collaborates well with doctors and staff A positive, professional presence for both patients and colleagues

Responsibilities

Chairside assisting during endodontic procedures Maintaining sterile and organized operatories Preparing patients and providing post-op instructions Taking radiographs and digital imaging Charting and documentation in Open Dental Assisting with sterilization, stocking, and daily clinical flow

Qualifications

Previous dental assisting experience in endodontics required Current state-required certifications: e.g., RDA, X-ray certification, Nitrous certification is a plus, will pay for course if needed Familiarity with Open Dental (or willingness to train) Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort

📍 Location: The Woodlands, TX 🕒 Schedule: Full-time, 40hr/week, half days on Friday 💲 Compensation: $20-24/hr based on experience
