Dental Front Office
Job Description
North Garland Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced dental front office professional ready to run the business side of patient care — not just work the desk, but take real ownership of it. This role is built for someone who has already managed front office workflows, financial conversations, or a set of KPIs, and wants a practice that will match their experience with real trust, autonomy, and room to grow.
You'll set the tone for every patient's experience, lead the financial and treatment conversations that keep the practice healthy, and drive the daily systems that make or break a dental office. If you've outgrown being 'just' front desk and are ready for deeper responsibility and accountability in your domain, this is your seat.
What You'll Lead
Patient Experience & Flow — scheduling strategy, check-in/check-out, and phone systems that keep the day running on time Treatment Coordination — presenting treatment plans and leading financial conversations that help patients say yes to the care they need Revenue Cycle Management — insurance verification, posting, claims follow-up, and A/R oversight Daily Operations — morning huddles, schedule management, front office systems, and end-of-day reconciliation/reporting Patient Relationship Management — recall systems, reactivation campaigns, and follow-through that drives retention
Who You Are
- A proven dental front office professional — you've run point on scheduling, treatment coordination, or office systems, and you understand the operational and financial stakes of a dental practice
- A confident communicator — you build trust with patients fast and make financial conversations feel human, not transactional
- A problem-solver by default — you bring solutions before you bring problems, and you're comfortable making decisions
- Organized and detail-driven — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
- A leader, not just a teammate — you set a high standard for yourself, bring others up with you, and lead by example on the floor
- Growth-minded — you actively seek feedback, want to keep sharpening your skills, and see this as a step toward greater responsibility, not a lateral move
Why North Garland Family Dentistry
We lead with care — for our patients and for our team. We hold each other to a high standard, and we do it with warmth, not fear. This is a practice built for someone who wants their experience to actually matter, and who's looking for real investment in their growth, not just a job.
