Granger Pines Dental is looking for an experienced, motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing practice in East Conroe, Texas, conveniently located just 20 minutes from The Woodlands.
We recently opened our beautiful new office and are excited to continue building a team that is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. If you have at least 3 years of dental assisting experience, a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities Chair-side assisting for a wide variety of general dental procedures Surgical assisting with efficiency and confidence Ordering, organizing, and maintaining clinical supplies and inventory Packing, tracking, and checking in laboratory cases Assisting with intraoral/3D scanning and digital lab submissions (preferred) Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Providing an exceptional patient experience from start to finish Supporting the front office when needed by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with patient communication Learning insurance verification, treatment coordination, and other front office responsibilities to become a well-rounded member of our team Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental practice Experience with intraoral/3D scanning and digital workflows Familiarity with laboratory case submissions and communication Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills A willingness to learn both clinical and administrative aspects of dentistry A positive, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
