Roman Dental Arts, a family dental practice, is looking for a skilled, dependable Dental Assistant to join our team full-time. We're a close-knit office where patients are treated like family and staff actually enjoys coming to work: No drama, No gossip, No chaos. WHAT YOU'LL DO ● Assist chairside during a variety of procedures, from routine restorative work to implants and periodontal treatment ● Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and sterilization protocols ● Take and process digital X-rays ● Support patients before, during, and after treatment, helping them feel comfortable and informed ● Assist with scheduling, charting, and inventory as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ● Dental Assistant (or actively pursuing certification) in New Jersey ● X-ray License necessary. ● Strong chairside skills and a calm, patient-first attitude ● Reliable, organized, and a genuine team player ● New graduates are welcome: we'll invest in the right person SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION ● Full-time, 4.5 days per week — no late nights or weekends ● Competitive hourly pay: [$23.00 starting, new grads, experienced pay based on your experience] ● Benefits: Vacation Pay, Sick Pay, 401K Plan, Medical Benefits, Life insurance, paid holidays, continuing education, uniform allowance, and much more. ● Bonus/Incentive Plan, That works and paid on a weekly basis!
