Join our Team!! Hygiene Coordinator wanted!

Are you a detailed-oriented and customer-focused individual? We have an exciting opportunity for a Hygiene Coordinator to join our office.

Responsibilities: -Maintaining a full hygiene schedule Coordinate and manage the hygiene schedule efficiently Ensure all appointments are scheduled, reschedule or canceled as needed Manage our recall list to ensure patients are seen at the prescribed reall frequency

  • Verify Insurance Benefits: Verify insurance benefits for both new and existing patients

-Patient Interaction: Warmly greet patients as they enter the office Answer phones and provide excellent customer service Check in and check out patients with a friendly and professional demeanor

-Office Duties Assist in various office tasks as needed. Collaborate with the team to maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment

Qualifications: Previous experience in a dental office or related field is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Self-starting initiative and work ethic
