Dental Hygienist

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented and organized Registered Dental Hygienist to join our private practice, one dentist team. The ideal candidate will welcome patients, perform hygiene and diagnostic procedures and teach patients about their oral health.

Responsibilities

Taking diagnostic radiographs, periodontal probing, and photographs Prophylaxis on all ages Scaling and root planing Recommending products and dental implement that are customized for patient daily hygiene needs. Working collaboratively as a team member to support dental office functions

Requirements

Registered Dental Hygiene license in good standing with the State of Tennessee Active CPR certification Energetic, organized and able to educate patients on oral health. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency with Dentrix is preferred
