757 Endodontics is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Dental Front Office team member to join our growing specialty practice. Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently Verify dental insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations when needed Collect patient payments and explain financial arrangements Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate treatment schedules with doctors and clinical staff Confirm appointments and manage the daily schedule Respond to patient questions and provide exceptional customer service Process referrals and communicate with referring dental offices Assist with administrative tasks to support daily office operations Qualifications Previous dental front office experience preferred Experience with dental practice management software (TDO experience is a plus) Knowledge of dental insurance verification and benefits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
