What You'll Do • Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments • Answer phones and manage daily patient communications • Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients with insurance-related questions • Present treatment plans alongside the doctor with confidence and empathy • Help patients understand their insurance benefits, financial options, and next steps • Collect patient payments and manage financial arrangements • Follow up on unscheduled treatment and continuing care appointments • Support practice marketing and patient retention efforts • Maintain accurate patient records and support efficient office operations • Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to ensure every patient receives outstanding care • Create an exceptional patient experience from check-in through check-out

Qualifications Required • At least one year of dental front office, patient coordinator, or treatment coordinator experience • Knowledge of dental terminology, dental insurance, and patient scheduling • Experience discussing treatment and financial arrangements with patients • Outstanding customer service and communication skills • Strong organizational and computer skills • Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
Preferred • Experience with Oryx Dental practice management software • Experience with dental insurance billing and claims • Experience with patient financing options
