Who You Are: • An experienced dental front office coordinator (3-5 years preferred, but rockstar attitude is everything!) • A natural communicator who makes people feel welcome the second they walk in (or call in!) • Calm, confident, and organized — even when things get busy • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (digital forms, online scheduling, payment platforms, etc.) • Dependable, coachable, and eager to grow • Someone who thrives in change and loves the energy of a startup

What You’ll Be Doing: • Being the face and voice of the practice — first impressions start with you! • Managing phones, scheduling, and online requests with warmth and precision • Walking patients through financial conversations, treatment plans, and next steps • Helping build and refine front office systems as we grow • Collaborating with clinical and doctor teams to create a seamless, elevated patient experience • Jumping in wherever needed — because that’s what a startup takes!
