- Preventative Care: Perform thorough cleanings (prophy, SRP), take digital X-rays, intraoral pictures, and apply sealants/fluoride treatments.
- Patient Education: Empower patients with personalized oral hygiene instructions and nutritional counseling.
- Clinical Assessment: Conduct periodontal screenings, oral cancer exams, and document clinical findings accurately in our practice management software.
- Collaboration: Work alongside our dentists to develop comprehensive treatment plans and ensure a seamless patient flow. Qualifications ● Licensure: Active State Dental Hygiene License and CPR/BLS certification. ● Experience: Previous experience is preferred, but we are more than happy to mentor a motivated new graduate. ● Soft Skills: A friendly, patient-first attitude and the ability to explain complex clinical terms in a way that’s easy to understand. ● Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital charting (e.g., Dentrix, Ascend) and intraoral cameras is a plus.
