This is much more than a checkout position. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, helping them understand their treatment, coordinating care, and ensuring every patient leaves feeling valued and excited about achieving a healthy smile.

What You’ll Do

Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism. Coordinate and present treatment plans with confidence and compassion. Assist patients with scheduling and financial arrangements. Check patients out efficiently while providing an outstanding experience. Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless patient care. Help patients understand the importance of recommended treatment. Answer questions regarding insurance and payment options. Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling. Support the team wherever needed and contribute to a positive office culture. We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
