If this sounds like you, submit your application today!</p><p> </p><p><strong>** Up to $1,000 Sign-on Bonus! **</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Schedule</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time</li><li>Mondays through Friday</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Inspect and ensure all common and office areas are clean and at peak readiness</li><li>Meet with dentists and lead a review of upcoming patient treatment</li><li>Greet, seat, take blood pressure, review history, and provide information to patients</li><li>Support dentists during treatment</li><li>Take x-rays efficiently and correctly</li><li>Sterilize the treatment area and instruments</li><li>Confirm trays/materials, lab cases, and offices are prepared to ensure peak readiness for the next day's patient schedules</li><li>Ensures OSHA hazard protocols and office standards are maintained</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance</li><li>PTO and paid holidays</li><li>401(k) options</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>A valid Texas RDA license is required</li><li>CPR certification is required</li><li>1+ years of prior Orthodontic and/or Pediatric Assistant experience</li><li>Coronal Polishing, Sealant, and N2O Certifications are a PLUS</li><li>Knowledge of Dentrix software</li><li>Ortho Trac experience is a plus</li><li>Strong computer skills are required</li><li>Able to understand and communicate dental/orthodontic terminology</li><li>Strong desire to serve the internal and external customers</li><li>Strong verbal communication and listening skills</li><li><p>Energetic and flexible</p></li><li><p>Must be a team player</p></li><li>Manage multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and follow through</li><li>Work well in a fast-paced, pressure-oriented environment</li><li>Well-organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Exhibit sound judgment</li></ul><p> </p><p>INDHROA00</p>
